Handmade, One of One Pieces

Every Gangwani Collection piece is made by hand in Brooklyn, NY, and most exist only once. Each order is packed and shipped with the care a single, irreplaceable garment deserves.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the shipping method you choose. There are no added shipping fees after purchase.

Processing Time and Transit Time

Your total delivery time has two separate parts:

• Processing time is the time we need to inspect, prepare and pack your piece before it leaves the studio. Ready to ship pieces move faster. Custom, commissioned and made to order pieces take longer because they are made after you order. We will confirm the processing time for your order by email.
• Transit time is the time the carrier takes to deliver your package once it ships. It depends on the carrier, the shipping method and your location, and it begins when your tracking number is issued.

Tracking, Insurance and Signature Confirmation

Orders ship with tracking whenever the carrier service offers it, and you will receive your tracking number by email when your package ships. Higher value orders always ship with tracking and with insurance appropriate to the value of the piece, and may require a signature at delivery. If a signature is required, please make sure someone is available to receive the package, or arrange a pickup with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email gangwanicollection@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
