All Sales Are Final

Every Gangwani Collection piece is made by hand, and most are one of one. Once a piece is sold it cannot be restocked or remade. For that reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any product, including one of one garments, custom pieces, commissioned pieces, and made to order items, except where required by law.

Fitting Consultation Before You Buy

Because every sale is final, we are happy to help you get the fit right before you purchase. Ask for a fitting consultation and we will share exact garment measurements, help you compare them to clothing you already own, and answer questions about fabric, weight and drape. Inspect Your Order on Arrival

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Upcycled and handmade garments carry natural variation, visible repairs and traces of their earlier life. These details are part of the design and are not defects. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or is not the item you purchased, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos so we can help, including filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
